The Grafik Kiosk was developed by Jonas Hegi and Samuel Weidmann between January and May 2011 as their final project at the ZHdK in Zurich. The program runs without any templates and is based on a complex rule-system, that interprets every user-generated input individually. The aim was to create a digital graphic designer. It's not possible to arrange your input, it's only possible to tell the Kiosk how you think, your input should look like.

The whole development is documented in the process book. Beside the prototype of the program and the process book, a whole typefamily was created.

The code was made by Philip Laeubli and Mario von Rickenbach.
